Meetings Diary

We meet at Dunnington Reading Rooms on a monthly basis. Start/end times will vary depending on activity.
Basic materials will be provided for beginners but please bring along an old towel and, if you have it, your felting kit.
Please note that for sessions with invited external tutors bookings will open one month before the workshop.

(First visit free) £5 for non-members. £3.50 members.

We normally, but not always, meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
Workshop bookings are open 1 month in advance.
On meeting days the hall will be open for members to work from 10.00am – 4.00pm.

15th March 10.00am - approx 4.00pm - WORKSHOP - with Linda Hulme
£40 for members, £45. non members.
12th April 10.00am - approx 4.00pm - AGM. plus part one of making a spring felted wreath skill share* with Carol Forbes.

17th May 10.00am - approx 4.00pm - Part two:
Completing the felted Spring Wreath skill share* - Carol Forbes.

21st June 10.00am - approx 4.00pm - TEXTURES - themed session**
Eve Brown, will bring along different examples of textures, materials, techniques and websites, with input from other members.

*A skillshare is an informal session with a demonstration and the opportunity to practise a particular felt making skill.
**A themed session is an informal session where input is given by all who are interested, ie sharing different approaches, ideas, experiences, examples etc.
